Case study context
North Sea Migrations was shaped as a location-driven sequence rather than a wildlife highlight reel. Weather, tide, and empty space are treated as equal narrative characters.
The project is designed to sit comfortably inside a larger documentary body of work. Each image carries enough stillness to stand alone, but together they describe movement, patience, and the structure of field observation.
The finished sequence remains intentionally spare, allowing geography and atmosphere to carry as much meaning as the wildlife activity itself.
