When you contact Vision Run through the website, email, phone, or another direct channel, we may process:

• name
• email address
• phone number, if provided
• service type
• date or timeframe
• project location
• project message and brief details
• communication history
• quotation, invoice, and administration details if you become a client
• technical information needed to keep the website and contact form secure and functional

We use personal data to:

• reply to your inquiry

Inquiry messages that do not become active projects are usually kept for up to 24 months, unless a longer period is needed for follow-up or dispute handling.

Client, invoice, and tax administration records are kept according to Dutch legal retention obligations, generally 7 years.

Project files, delivered galleries, and production communication may be retained as long as reasonably needed for delivery, backup, portfolio records, licensing, or future client support, unless a different agreement is made.

Vision Run does not sell personal data. Personal data is shared only with service providers where necessary, with collaborators needed for a project, or where required by law.

You can request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or portability of your personal data where these rights apply. You can send a request to hello@visionrun.nl.

If you believe your data is not handled correctly, you can contact Vision Run first. You also have the right to contact the Dutch Data Protection Authority, Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.
